The main office is open Mon-Fri from 9am to 4pm.
Staff set their own schedules and most offer some evening appointments (schedule and circumstances permitting).
Location:
We are located in the Northgate Business Park, which is located off Greenbrier Street (Capital exit) and up the hill, toward Yeager Airport.
Directions:
From I-64, take the Greenbrier Street (Capital) exit and go UP the hill toward the airport. Stay in the left lane and turn LEFT on Deitrick Blvd into the Northgate Business Park. Stay in the right lane and turn RIGHT onto Kenton Dr. It will be the first building on your right.
Turn into the parking lot and drive around the rear of the building to the far side of the building. Our parking is on the left side of the building as you face it. Handicapped spaces are all located on the right side of the building as you enter the parking lot.
Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and the waiting room door is across from the elevator.
