JC obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Charleston in 1999. He became a licensed social worker and started working in the field in 2002. He obtained his master's degree in clinical psychology from Marshall University in 2010 and is currently a supervised psychologist. Sarah “Sally” Koster is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
